The price varies by location, the calculation of the delivery amount will be provided to you later based on the data you provided.
We strive for parcels to be delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. The delivery time is an estimate counted from the time the parcel is shipped. On very large orders longer handling time must be expected. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.

Please be aware that delays can occur due to payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing. Additionally, during our sales period, the high volume of orders may result in longer delivery times. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives as swiftly as possible.
Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

If a parcel cannot be delivered for unclear reasons and is returned to the sender, we will resend it free of charge. If the parcel was not delivered due to the customer’s fault and is returned to the sender, we do not offer free shipping and do not refund the money for the parcel. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the parcel on time and to provide correct shipping information.

In the event that You are not completely satisfied with the item You have purchased, we have a return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Securely package the item(s) You wish to return
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be retained.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

Refund Process:

  1. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund to your account within 5 (five) working days.
  2. We will refund the full amount spent on the returned item along with the original purchase amount.
